Would you love to have your home all decked out for fall?  To come home to a cozy, fall themed space and snuggle up on your couch to a movie without having to worry about the hassle of dragging out the decorations, figuring out where to put everything, and taking the time to put them up?  Or maybe you don't even have decorations, and don't have the time to get them, but want your home to look festive this fall?

 

I would love to help!

 

Get a 30 minute consultation PLUS up to 3 hours of decorating services for only $200!  This includes creating a timeline and plan for decor, setting decorations up, putting excess back in containers for storage.

 

*Any decor not being left up during fall needs to be put away prior to arrival of decorator.  All decorations must be out (can still be in containers) and accessible to decorator at time of appointment.

 

Additional Services

  •  $50 for purchasing new items plus cost of items (up to 2 hours of purchasing)

  • $100 for cleaning prior to decorating

  • $30 for each additional hour of decorating or purchasing

Soft Touch Staging Services

What you get!!

  • Consultation (coming out to property, measuring, photos, identifying items needed) *

  • Picking/buying pieces for property

  • Organizing/transporting items to property

  • Set up of items (to include light cleaning around items if necessary)

  • Removal of all staging items at end of contract

  • Property to be boosted by stager

Investment to get your house SOLD!

 -If props being used are owned by A Vintage Life:

  • *Consultation is complimentary if stager is the only one present at the time​ ($50 fee applies for interactive consultation)

  • Staging cost (set up +first month) $250

  • $100 for each additional month

  • $25 trip fee for areas outside our ten mile service radius 

-If props being used are owned by the agent:

 cost is $150 flat (plus $25 travel fee for homes 10 miles   outside our service radius)!  This includes set up of items and boosting of property!  Agent will bring items to the   property and pick them up when needed.

***Home Cleaning now available along with staging services!!***

  • Basic home cleaning services (sweeping, vacuuming, mop/swiffer hard floors, dusting, bathroom cleaning) an additional $100.  (Introductory price!)

(This services is not currently available in isolation)

Occupied Staging Consultations

 

What you get!!

  • One on one discussion with owner to include

  • Going through checklist room by room​, as well as outside to identify what needs to be done to prepare the property for market/photos

  • Additional tips of things the owner can do to help maximize marketability of the property

  • Stager will take notes on checklist to leave with owner

  • Stager will be available for phone calls regarding questions about checklist/preparation

 

Investment to get your house SOLD!

  • $250 for 2 hour consultation (measurements, photos, discussion, etc)

  • $25 trip fee for areas outside our ten mile service radius       

 

Interior Decorating Services

What it includes!

  • 1.5 hour consultation/discussion with homeowner about what you want to see in your home​

  • Questionnaire to help decorator narrow down style, colors, patterns, items that will be most appropriate for home

  • Creating a new layout for home using pieces already owned by the homeowner as well as pieces needing to be acquired (if necessary)

  • Purchasing pieces (at best price available)

  • Setting up room/rooms as discussed and adjusting at the request of the homeowner

  • Working with the homeowner until the property looks ideal

Cost of creating a beautiful home space!

  • Consultation $200 (measurements, photos, discussion, etc.)

  • Decorating/Purchasing Services $40/hr

  • $25 trip fee for areas outside our ten mile service radius  

 

Organization/Declutter Services

 

What it includes!

  • Discussion with homeowner about what you would like to see done

  • Assistance sorting through items needing to be sold, donated or placed away

  • Creation of an organizational system to assist in keeping the home as clean and organized as possible in the future

  • Purchasing of pieces (typically both decorative as well as functional at best price available)

  • Set up of pieces

  • Creating a space that is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing to the homeowner

  • Consultation $150 (measurements, photos, discussion, etc)

  • Organization/Purchasing services starting at $30/hour

  • $25 trip fee for areas outside our ten mile service radius
